1. Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from a recognized university in any of the following fields:

• Food Technology / Food Engineering / Food Processing Technology
• Dairy Technology
• Biotechnology
• Oil Technology
• Agricultural Science / Agriculture Engineering
• Veterinary Sciences
• Bio-Chemistry
• Microbiology
• Chemistry
• Medicine (MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, BAMS)

2. Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Relaxation: As per government rules (e.g., 5 years for reserved categories of Gujarat origin, 5 years for women). Maximum age limit with relaxation should not exceed 45 years.

💰 Salary / Pay Scale

• First 3 Years: Fixed monthly pay of ₹ 49,600/-.
• After 3 Years: Based on performance evaluation, placement in Level-7 Pay Matrix (₹ 39,900 – 1,26,600) + Allowances.
