Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility standards regarding experience and health. Specifically, candidates are required to have a minimum of one year post-qualification working experience in the Operation or Maintenance of a power plant with a capacity of 40 MW or more. Additionally, candidates must meet the medical standards prescribed by NTPC.
Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess a B.E. / B. Tech Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. A minimum of 40% marks is required for General and OBC candidates, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates are eligible with pass marks only.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for applying to these posts is 35 years as of the last date of the online application. Age relaxations for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen will be applicable as per Government of India guidelines.
