🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Qualification

• Educational Qualification: The candidate must be a Graduate from a recognized university. (Passing only a diploma course will not be considered). Operating and working knowledge of computers is mandatory.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of Post Qualification Work Experience in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank / Scheduled Private Sector Bank / Cooperative Bank / Regional Rural Bank. Only full-time experience as a permanent employee will be considered. Candidates having experience in Branch Banking, Operations, Retail assets, Credit, or sales shall be preferred.

⏳ Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years (Candidates must have been born not earlier than March 02, 1996, and not later than March 01, 2005).
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PwD candidates as per government guidelines.

💰 Pay Scale & Emoluments

After joining the Bank’s services as an Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’), the extant Basic Pay currently applicable is ₹ 48,480/- per month in the pay scale of ₹ 48480-2000(7)-62480-2340(2)-67160-2680(7)-85920(17 years). The appointee will also be eligible for various allowances, perquisites, and will be covered under the IDBI Bank Ltd. New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS).
